Privacy policy
How dfadz collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
This privacy policy explains how dfadz ("we", "us") handles personal data. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, please contact us.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number and a description of your website. We do not collect more than we need. In addition, our hosting provider may log standard technical data, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a free SEO audit and to deliver any service you request. Therefore we never sell your data, and we never share it with unrelated third parties. We may, however, use trusted processors, for example email providers, strictly to run our business.
Cookies and analytics
This site keeps tracking to a minimum. Where we use analytics, we do so to understand which pages are useful, not to profile you. Moreover, you can block cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you, and no longer than our records policy requires. After that, we delete it. Of course, you can also ask us to remove your data sooner, and we will act promptly.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, simply email [email protected]. For context on local standards, see Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Department.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. This version was last updated on 5 October 2026. Because changes can happen, we suggest checking back occasionally.
